Our Calculator Methodology

Our calculators are budgeting tools. We use configurable planning ranges and relative location factors so the assumptions can be reviewed and updated without rebuilding the site.

How estimates are built

Each calculator starts with a treatment-specific low/high planning range. Optional items are added only when selected. Location factors are applied as relative planning assumptions.

What we do not claim

We do not present these figures as guaranteed provider fees, ADA fee schedules, insurance determinations or personalized medical recommendations.

Review schedule

Pricing assumptions should be reviewed at least every 6–12 months. The site administrator can update the values from the Dental Calculator Pricing settings screen.
